The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Year 1 students, aligned with the National Curriculum
- Provide tailored instruction to meet the varied needs of students and support their academic growth
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom where all children feel valued, safe and supported
- Assess students learning and progress, offering constructive feedback to aid their development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the overall wellbeing and academic success of each pupil
We require a QTS, PGCE, a Bachelors degree and relevant experience for this role!
